We are dedicated to preventing and managing communicable & non-communicable diseases, supporting mental health, and strengthening health systems—primarily for the elderly, women, and marginalized populations—while aligning our efforts with government priorities to ensure equitable access to quality care for all.

Born in South Africa and currently living in Melbourne, Australia, Dada Paramatmananda is a visionary leader with decades of experience in public relations, legal compliance, and community development. Armed with diverse qualifications, including a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, a Certificate in Disability Support, and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology, he brings a multifaceted approach to social service. His belief that "service to people is service to God" inspired him to co-found OHF India, a platform dedicated to uplifting communities and fostering holistic well-being.
With a career spanning South Asia, Europe, Canada, and Australia, Dada has led impactful initiatives in youth empowerment, disability support, and stress management through yoga and meditation. He has also worked extensively on creating child-safe environments, advancing community-driven development, and advocating for inclusive practices across diverse cultures.
Through OHF India, Dada channels his vision into action by integrating health, education, and social equity into transformative programs. Guided by his commitment to Neo-Humanism and sustainable practices, he strives to empower communities with compassion, care, and a shared mission of holistic progress.

Dr. Jaidev Khatri is a distinguished clinician and public health professional with more than a decade of impactful experience across India’s healthcare landscape. Currently serving as the Director at OHF India, he plays a pivotal role in steering the organization’s mission to strengthen health systems through strategic partnerships, scalable innovations, and community-centered interventions.
Over the years, Dr. Khatri has contributed significantly to national and state-level health programs through leadership roles in renowned institutions such as the Ministry of Health, John Snow India (JSI), Jhpiego, and IPE Global. His work spans maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases, health system strengthening, digital health, and capacity-building of frontline health workers. His technical insights, field experience, and strategic acumen have been instrumental in shaping evidence-based, sustainable public health solutions.
Alongside his public health endeavors, Dr. Khatri is a committed clinical practitioner and founder of Aushadha Vanam Health Center, a holistic care initiative promoting personalized support, and lifestyle counseling. His clinical work focuses particularly on chronic and lifestyle-related disorders, integrating compassionate care with structured follow-up and modern case-analysis tools to deliver meaningful, long-term health outcomes.
Beyond healthcare delivery, Dr. Khatri is a strong advocate for a holistic approach to national development. He emphasizes the interconnectedness of health, education, and livelihoods, highlighting that sustainable progress can only be achieved by empowering youth with relevant skills, developing community resilience, and improving access to equitable and quality services. Under his leadership, OHF India actively addresses these cross-cutting domains to create healthier, more informed, and economically empowered communities.

Dr. Pallavi Boro is a visionary public health leader, an accomplished academic, and a passionate advocate for community-driven healthcare. As a founder member of OHF India and an Associate Professor at Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), she is dedicated to transforming public health systems and empowering underserved communities. With extensive experience in tuberculosis elimination, adolescent health, and HIV programs, Dr. Boro has collaborated with government and non-governmental agencies across multiple countries to drive impactful health initiatives.
Dr. Boro envisions a society where equitable access to healthcare, education, and opportunities for all becomes a reality. She firmly believes in the transformative power of women’s leadership in shaping a better world, advocating for women-led solutions to address global challenges. Through her strong global networks and unwavering commitment, she is working towards building sustainable health systems, empowering youth, and fostering a society rooted in equity and well-being.
